4 colour screen print of Derek Jarman’s Garden, Dungeness. Part of my ‘Rewilding’ series, exploring the ecology of the Kent coast surrounding Dungeness. Through my own exploration of this unique ‘end-of-the-world landscape, I have created multi layered, heavily textured screen prints that reflect the unique shapes and colours of nature that can thrive in this quite hostile enviroment.
Film-maker Derek Jarman's created his iconic garden in the shadow of Dungeness Nuclear Power Station, where it appears to grow out from under the shingle, as the sea kale and pea holly reclaim the beach.
This print will be carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and posted in sturdy cardboard packaging.
If you wish to arrange pick up the framed print from the exhibition it is currently in on 30 July at The Almonry in Battle, please leave a note at the checkout or email me here.
The print measures 35 x 50 cm unframed. The artwork itself would fit into an A3 mount.
